Open place is needed to paint your cars, because the more empty space you use for your car the more it will be easy for you to paint. Because you have to separate different parts of a car. The place where you want to paint should be warm because warm place is very important to paint a car. Also you have to be making sure if there is any options for the parts to hang.
Separation and rubbing:
Separate every parts of your car and hang them different place of your project site. After separating you have to preparing yourself for rubbing the bodies of the cars. For rubbing parts you need different kinds of sandpaper. You can use sand paper from 150 grit to 1200 grit. For getting a smooth surface you have to use aqua with sand paper. You have to make sure about the hardness of the sandpaper before using a sand paper.
For great use keep the sandpaper in the light of sun then it will get crispy look and then it will be ready to use. Rub the sand paper until the surface turn smooth and plain. Be careful about fret on the surface so clean it very patiently because it can harm your car parts after painting. If it present in the parts the primer cannot get too much color so after two or three month later the color may fade.
Washing :
If you make sure that every parts of your car has rubbed well and there is no enough fret in the surface the n you have to start the work of cleaning. For the cleaning you have to use soap with hot water and then cold water. Soap doesn’t have any effect on the parts of your car so you can use it as well as you need. After washing, your car parts are ready to give primer.
Priming:
Priming is very important step for your car parts painting. Spraying of priming coat is very tough job to do .You had to calculate the range from where you have to paint your walls.
First time of spraying you will fill a little bit uneasy then after the spending of time you will feel that your hand is working like a robot of the big companies. Priming to the parts is the initial stage to paint your car.
Before priming you have to think about the safety of the parts that you are going to paint. Keep it into such place which is free from all kinds’ animals. Also before priming you have to read the instructions that are given to the level of the paint. Flirt the can before using it. It will be done such place from where there is no risk of mixing dirt and the leaves with the color that means that you have to paint to the submerge place.
You have to be careful before priming that it is cleaned properly or not. Then you have to give priming about four or five time for getting a great result for painting. You have to be patience between every coat more than fifteen minutes for priming better. After ensuring of coating about four or five times then you have to be get ready for rubbing again. In this process you have to sink your sandpaper in the water for a better result.
The water should have soap mixed and little bit cold. After sinking sandpaper in the wetting bowl then you have to rub it in the body of the car parts .You have rub it very gently and smoothly so that there is no stain in the surface of the parts. Use a dry sandpaper of 2500 grit after using wetting sandpaper.
You have to rub it until the surface turns smooth , if there is any position of your mistake here that may bring the destruction of your project so be careful in this area of painting.
Layer of color:
It is the most important part of the coloring section. Here you have to give a dabble of hue for the smoothness and keep the process that you maintained in the priming. Then rub it well before giving every dabble. Here you have remind that rubbing is the most important work here the more you rub it the more it will get smooth. After the use of color you have to smooth it as fast as you can but you have to take time before smoothing.
Glide ring stage:
After doing the following it will be very critical stage from where you have to give the glide ring to the surface to your walls. It will be given same time like priming and coloring. Glider will glide your car parts much more shinier .But you have to cut it carefully and it is very hard than the paint so you have to use it rather firmly.
